By accessing or using CBB Madness ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

CBB Madness is operated by CBB Madness ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

CBB Madness provides college basketball rankings, statistics, and analysis tools. Our Service includes:

• Free access to current season rankings and basic features
• Premium subscription features including historical data, sandbox tools, and what-if scenarios
• Team and conference statistics and analysis

The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Our rankings are not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA or any collegiate athletic conference.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee at the frequency you selected (monthly or annually)
• Automatic renewal until you cancel your subscription
• Payment processing through our third-party payment provider (LemonSqueezy)

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes take effect at your next billing cycle after the notice period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit our data without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share account credentials or allow others to access your premium subscription

The Service, including its design, features, content, and ranking algorithms, is owned by CBB Madness and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Game data and statistics are sourced from third-party providers and are subject to their respective terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Rankings or data will be completely accurate or up-to-date
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

Our rankings are algorithmic projections for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon for betting, gambling, or any financial decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CBB MADNESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
